1. If you have selected to let us debit your account, the following applies:

By agreeing to these debit conditions, you authorize (A) GreenFree to send instructions to your bank to debit your account and (B) your bank to debit your account in accordance with the instructions from GreenFree. As part of your rights, you are entitled to a refund from your bank under the terms and conditions of your agreement with your bank. A refund must be claimed within 8 weeks starting from the date on which your account was debited.

Your rights regarding this mandate are explained in a statement that you can obtain from your bank. Your account will be debited within 7 days after your registration.

2. Your GreenFree subscription is valid for the specified period and will be automatically renewed into an indefinite-term subscription - subject to timely cancellation. After the fixed first subscription period, it can be terminate or canceled per month with due observance of 1 month's cancellation period.
